ノルディックウォーキング体験会in奈良公園・春日奥山

関西でのN-Walker新春第１弾企画として、2008年1月14日（祝）（12日は雨のため順延しました）に
「ノルディックウォーキング体験会in奈良公園・春日奥山」を開催いたしました。

世界遺産（春日大社・春日原始林）を眺めながらの新春ウォークです。

春日大社のそばにある飛火野広場に集合しました。

最初は円になって準備体操。

それに、ポールを使ったストレッチ。

けっこうきついね～！

周りにギャラリーがいっぱいいる中で、円になって歩き方の練習です。

ん～、何だか人だかりに、撮影機材。ドラマの撮影？

奈良県庁の職員の方が近づいて来られて
「ドラマの撮影に協力してます。本番には音の方も出さないようにお願いします。」

「それで何の撮影なんですか？誰か来るんですか？」

「"鹿男あをによし"の撮影で"玉木宏"が来てます」
え～～～"玉木宏"だって～！！

遠目にだけど、ナマ玉木宏に会えました。
望遠にはできなかったけど、この中に確実にいます。
ちっちゃ、でもそんなの関係ねぇ～！

撮影の邪魔になってもいけないので、さあいよいよ飛火野広場を出発します。

本日の参加者は19名。

下は10歳の女の子から上は90歳の女性まで、ナント年齢差80歳！

すごくないですか？
3世代で楽しめるなんて、あんまりないですよね？

普段から山歩きを楽しんでおられるだけに、すたこらサッサと歩かれます。

ポールがあるからなおさら登りでもスイスイ！

山頂までは時間がなかったので、日の当たる場所で記念撮影して折り返し。

飛火野に戻ってきたら、辺りはもう薄暗くなってました。

]みなさん、本当に楽しかったです。

お疲れ様でした。

お昼に寄った喫茶店でのランチ
手作りハンバーグが名物って教えられたからいただきました。
その通りメチャ美味！

Cafe＆お食事「こっとん」さん、高畑町にあります。
車も4～5台くらいは置けたと思います。

帰りには近くのスーパー銭湯に行こうと思っていたんですが、
絶対にオススメ！と教えていただいた「音の花温泉（ねのはな）」に行きました。
阪奈道路からR168を南下していけば、道沿いに看板があり分り易い。

中に入れば、湯気で何にも見えない。
とにかく露天風呂へ。
で、でかい！
なんて広い露天風呂でしょう！

星空がとっても綺麗で、泉質もヌルッとしていてとっても気持が良い～！
いや～教えていただいて本当にありがとうございます。
